I remember watching this program as a child - the heartbeat sound effects scared me as badly as the monster. I was so terrified I slept with the closet light on for months.

My gosh, I saw this when I was a kid! And I'd forgotten it until now. Scared the crap out of me too; I wqs convinced that Bigfoot would sneak into the house and eat me (cut me some slack -- I was 7 years old).
