So when are we going to hear your music hit the scene again? There are still heaps of good old soul music fans waiting for your stuff to come out on CD so that we can hear how good you are all over again!!! Don't make it too long buddy!!!
I was in my late teens in the early seventies when i was listening to the radio one day when heard this version of Witchita Lineman by a band called Kings Harvest, Leo De Castro was the singer, that track blew me away back then and i still listen to it to this day 40 years later, thanks Leo
Kiwi Kino.... So good just to hear your voice bro and to fill in the gaps in my understanding of your musical history. So happy to have been there in Sydney 87.
You will always be the greatest singer I've ever know and had the funkiest pleasure to play for. I still remember that day Tim and I picked you up at Kingston in '84, like it was yesterday. I always tell my students, you are like the Miles Davis of singers, just so they get it. But of course, you were always something' else. Funkrad
My Dad bought uncle Kiwi back down to Waitomo for their cousin Robbie kennedys birthday at Toki kapu marae who is a bass player, my Dads a drummer and dad draged in a gautarist to play and man uncle kiwi blew everyone away that night, All the whanau were treated as they watched and listened to a real professional perform .
