This is a 15 Minute "How to Understand Starcraft II" Video for people who may have no experience with the game at all. A second video detailing more complicated concepts pertaining to professional level games is on its way "Soon™". Saying Terran primarily focus on defensive tactics is very misleading. As it's the only race you actually can't really play defensively. TvZ: Zerg just overwhelms Terran with superior economy if Terran played defensively and left Zerg alone. TvP: Protoss benefits from their late game "death ball". If left alone Protoss can simply amass a fearsome endgame army.

If you want to play defensively Terran is the last race you should play.

Defensively, IMO, doesn't always mean turtle till 200 then a-move. Sure Terrans need to be aggressive but TvZ and TvT battles are very much about defensive positions, plus tanks, planetaries, and bunkers allow Terran to be very defensive if they need to. Its debatable certainly, but Terran is a very well-rounded race and it was tricky to try to sum them up in a single sentence.

You never actually say how to win the game, i.e. how building elimination is the goal but how most games end in your opponents conceding the match when he/she knows they're too far behind and have no way of recovering. While it should be fairly obvious it's important to consider buildings as the most basic resource besides minerals, gas, and supply.

That is a very fair point, and I originally avoided the topic because while conceding is the way 99% of games end, there's a lot of reasons for a player to concede and I wasn't sure if this video was the place for that information. Most sports don't end in forfeit, so I figured if I was going to mention it I'd have to elaborate (you'd be surprised how often ppl are confused as to why someone surrenders). In retrospect, though, I could have found a way to hit upon it in just a sentence or two.

You forgot call down supply as a power on the orbital comand

That was initially a mistake that I purposefully didn't fix. Supply is already a fairly weird concept if you don't play the game and I was having trouble trying to explain a supply drop in one easy sentence. Combined with the fact that OCs already have two other abilities and that Supply Drops are very rarely ever seen convinced me to leave it out.
