I can't decide. I just bought the rokus2 but was thinking to change it for an apple tv. I have an ipad2 so it might be a good thing. but i keep hearing the apple 2 its limited and and only plays in 720p. I wonder if it plays movies from netflix in 720p as well?

also you dont have to turn your roku off because it uses as much power as a night light and it is meant to be left on

The Apple TVs media options are simply disappointing, I cannot understand how Apple doesn't see this as an insult to every ATV owner. Yet, if you jailbreak, you'll get the best of both worlds.

@yeahitsernesto You can stream Hulu and Netflix directly to the Roku, you just have to have Hulu and Netflix installed

You are wrong about the roku having no media controller on your cell phone its on android not apple because apple wouldnt allow the app to be put on the app store (supression of technology)

@yule462 There is an app now for iOS and Android, there wasn't at the time of the review. Apple is not suppressing the app.
