Operation Northwoods is an undeniable proof of the reality the US government was conspiring in past to perform false flag operations and is a pretty solid base for assuming it might still be doing the same and be sure it is capable of doing one such thing.

The most appropriate question no one asks is why no one acted and followed the procedure that's intended as such when planes are going off course.

Would Mr Chomsky be willing to answer a few questions?1.If terrorism hadn't replaced Communism as America's 'big' enemy who would the enemy be today?2.what would the defense budget look like without a huge,world wide enemy (Like Communism was & now Terrorism is suppose to be)?3.What did 911 do for the budgets of the agencies that failed on 911 (CIA,FBI etc).Was the result predictable?4.Will people support wars for oil or other resources?or do such wars need be based on lies?

Take your own advice sherlock moron. I have a degree in history. No one lied in the Gulf Tonkin. Read "Fog of War" by Robert McNamara. The first attack on the Maddox was real. They found shell holes in the ship. The second attack is what is in doubt. The Navy even advised the President that on the second attack they were shooting at nothing. The President ignored their advice and the Gulf of Tonkin was EXPLOITED. No lies. Exploitation. This is common knowledge.
