Short film of the Lance Armstrong lead 'Ride Relief' Twitter Ride for the Brisbane Floods of January 2011 - shot from my Mango velomobile. The event was organised at very short notice (4 days) and 2500 cyclists showed up.

A charity ride and they tell you if you can't keep up you have to drop out? I guess you showed them....(-; You were flying!
I did a local charity ride in my Quest. 100 km. 3 big hills and a lot of smaller hill between 16 to 50 km, the rest rolling. I was approached by a number of roadies at the beginning who ask how long it would take me. I said 3 hrs and they all laughed. I did it in 3 hrs & 5 mins.
Way behind me, they wouldn't tell me their times.

Great video, and soundtrack! The kids cheered in awe at the Mango. When they grow up most will at it as an oddity. Too bad most of us loose that childlike wonder.

hey there how often do you go out in your velomobile you dont see alot of them around brisbane. someone should make a velomobile hire business based out of brisbane :D that would be awesome

@grovestreetninja I use it to commute to work on Thursdays & Fridays and I'm often riding it about on the weekend or on a Monday - sometimes at night.
I'd just like to find another velomobile rider so we can go cruising together! :)
