How come trannys always have to pick names that are the female version of their old name. Just pick a new name =)

If you're talking about me, I'm keeping the same somewhat gender-neutral name.

What if its somewhat different in every case? What if its one or more of: genetics, hormones in the meat and dairy we eat, certain pesticides (which I heard have been linked to gender bending affects in men), certain ingrediants in margarine, being exposed to certain mind altering things, ect.

I find it hard to believe that nobody in the world knows how to cure or somewhat cure this without changing your body. What everyone does with their bodies is their own business, but what if?

Some of genetics, nurture, personal desires, sure. Pesticides and hormones in food, I very much doubt it. There is no real evidence to support that.

As for "curing" this... You would need to change the way a person's brain is structured, which we can't do at this time. Perhaps that's a good thing... Would you like your political allegiance to be "fixed"?

I don't doubt it. All the toxins and man made chemicals in the air, food and water have been known to do some very unusual things and these chemicals have been in the environment for at least many decades now. Its now known by mainstream society that pesticides and artificial hormones are causeing health problems. But just keep in mind, "they" know more than "they" are telling us. But still, what if it was made known by the majority what causes this and how to prevent it?

Fear mongering is what this is called. Anyways, if you could prevent transsexuality from occurring in a child, it might just make that child's life easier. Just like if you could prevent a child to be part of any category of person society is prejudiced against.

I also have PAIS but unlike PAISwoman I think that true transsexuality is just another intersexed condition that is simply brain-based rather than genital-based. I think that the problem is there are a lot of transgendered people playing the transsexual card when not all of them are really true transsexuals...unfortunately identification of transsexualism is not based upon brain science but upon individual gender affirmation.

A friend of mine is a butch lesbian who transitioned FTM before reverting back to female a few months later.
