my sister in law is a fitness trainer for this program & she has lost about 5" off her waist from her 2nd child. She was in a size 6 pre pregnant & they are too big! She only works out once a week & has lost TONS of weight very quickly! I HIGHLY recommend this program. It targets your core, which is what you need after having a child. They also have special DVDs for those who had C sections! Good luck to all those moms & lucky women out there!

I think it is great that they are at least trying to get back into shape.. so many women just let themselves go after they're done making babies, but, i think they should try wrestling as a fitness builder. plus the hubbies would enjoy wrestling them and watching them wrestle other women!
