Swede Productions presents a "How to" Pretzel Recipe for you everyday college student. Project made for TCO 341 at Mercer University, taught by Dr. Davis. Group composed of Kevin Roberts, Carrie Zupan, and Christopher Svidesskis.

  • You might want to reduced the time in the boiling water to about 30 seconds total. Also a little egg wash before you bake them would make them a nice golden brown Crispy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside. Other than that and a few other minor mistakes I would say you did very good.

  • @dockholidaiy Thanks and yea an egg wash would have been a great touch

  • If I remember we forgot to add baking soda :/
