Dude, I'm planning on becoming a lifeguard. I've done some research. It apears I need STA and NaRS certificate and some other training. I wanted to know where to get training and how long it would take me to take the courses, and any other extra information you think might help....

Thanks the only thing I can suggest is try at your local swimming pool for information. But remember it is a serious undertaking. It is not Baywatch!

Good vid, I am a STA lifeguard but don't have a spine board.

Thanks for the comment. Spine Board work is pretty good. Make you think how serious a neck or back injury can be.
