My review on pur minerals... I love this foundation. My color is in tan, its a 4-1 foundation, meaning it acts as your foundation, powder, concealer, and sunscreen protection, all in one.

@cuhpcakes I'm an nc 45 in fluid, in studio tech im nc44. The purminerals tan is a little light for me, but if you're nc42 I think tan would be perfect. I wish they had more shades in pur. ;(

MAC Studio Fix broke me out bad! and Im NOT acne prone so it was DEF Cosmetic induced, and went away after tossing the crap. I have the Bare Minerals which is ok, I get better coverage if I spray some MAC Fix+ on the Brush AFTER ive got my foundation on it & I put alot of product on the brush, not the tiny amount they say, takes me too long to get coverage that way. Best trick is a tinted Moisturizer under the minerals (try Smoothe Operator/TARTE)

@Jbsa1998, Since using this foundations I've noticed about a 90% reduction in my breakouts. The slogan for mineral makeup is "it's so pure, you can sleep in it." It's important to have a good face wash that is good at removing makeup and removing dead skin cells (I like Proactiv so far) and to wash your brushes regularly - that helps. I hope that answers your question.

Great video. I've tried mac powder, bare minerals, and other mineral and non mineral powders and concealers. The non-mineral ones made me break out, and like you said, it was just a vicious cycle of getting more acne and acne marks and having to use more makeup to cover them. I like this foundation for the most part, though I find that it doesn't stay on as well on my T zone since I have oily skin. I'm applying it with the "pillow" (what's that thing called? lol. I'd appreciate your suggestions

i just bought my mineral make up 2day! and i just hope it works! i was using foundation but it was just makeing my acne worse! and it really dosent cover my acne marks! soo hopefully this works! by the way ur soo pretty!
