Jason is Co-Founder and Principal of Baker Katz, a Houston-based real estate brokerage and consulting firm, which specializes in commercial/retail tenant representation, investment sales and project leasing. A Houston native, Baker graduated from Texas A&M University and joined Wulfe & Co. in 1995. After working at Wulfe for almost ten years, he and his partner, Kenneth S. Katz, opened their own real estate firm in December of 2004. Regarded as one of Houstons most professional and knowledgeable retail brokers, Jason specializes in client relationships and through understanding of the market. With his love for people, Baker is continually on the lookout for how to improve client sites and client relationships. His clients include, among others Citigroup, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Starbucks Coffee, FedEx Kinkos, Brinker International, Eye Masters, and his goal remains to help them with their expansion strategies throughout the greater Houston area.




Brad Sondock, Retail Properties Group

Brad Sondock founded The Retail Properties Group in Houston after many years of retail real estate experience in the Houston market. Since 1985, Sondock has personally negotiated to completion over 500 retail lease transactions, and leased almost 3 million square feet of retail space. His real estate experience began in the retail brokerage division for the Weitzman Group, and served as Senior Vice President of the company. The Weitzman Group is the largest retail brokerage and development company in Dallas, Texas. The Retail Properties Group was established in 1996. Sondock has had extensive experience with both Tenant and Landlord representation. The most significant third party Landlord representation was of The Fountains on the Lake in Stafford, Texas. This is one of the ten largest strip centers ever built in the Houston market with eleven major anchor tenants and almost 700,000 square feet of total leaseable area. Sondock has also been equally as involved with Tenant representation. Tenants he has represented include Jasons Deli, Ritz Camera, Todays Vision, Barbeques Galore, The Sports House and Wallpapers To Go to name a few.
