a i totally agree i have a rolls royce and the ride the comfort the anything isn't even comparable to my eldorado tell people that and they don't believe me.

I spent my formative years (late 70s-mid 80s) in Beverly Hills, where there were plenty of RRs...and we'd fly back to Louisiana and Texas, where everybody had Cadillacs and Lincolns. And ALL Cadillac Fleetwoods were so much better than RRs it was a pity. ....but one didn't admit it, because that would mean you were unsophisticated. We were supposed to look down on the country cousins in their Eldos. What a world....

@megaswenson i gotta agree i the rr's have a better rep but i don not think they are better cars. I recently test drove a brand new rr i don't own it becuz i cannot afford it and i still think the ride on my 77 eldo is smoother. go figure

I know what you mean, i drive a 77 Eldorado. Truly a motoring masterpiece. Do you have any trouble driving a 78 Biarritz in Germany? Here in America, the big lanes and roads are a dream for big cars. My Cadillac turns heads here in America, but yours must REALLY turn heads in Germany.

I just got a 77 Eldorado Biarritz :D 61xxx orig miles but its from MI so it does have rust, but still, nice video and music :]

this was my oldest brother's first car. it had a white exterior and red interior. the seats were white. it was THE most comfortable car ive ever rode in my whole life. one time the tire popped and he lost part of the fender. i think it was because he had the original tires which were like 30 years old.

unfortunately, he moved out and sold his car because he needed the money.

@bodybum broke down was when one of the high pressure hydra-boost hoses which assists both the brakes and the steering blew, which was easily fixed. As with any older car, proper maintenance and care (regular fluid changes and routine upkeep) does make a difference. Depending on where you live, you might be exempt from emissions testing, which might save you some money. As a note, your insurance company might require an appraisal before offering full coverage (mine did).

@bodybum I still have her and she still runs good at 105,000 miles. I get roughly 10 miles to the gallon right now, and I use her as a daily driver. I don't have a hard time finding parts for her, and find her easy to work on. From the factory, 1977 Eldorados offered roughly 180 horsepower, and 320 lb·ft of torque. As a result, my Eldorado is not a race car, but has a good amount of power on the freeway. Considering your location, I would thoroughly check for rust. The only time my Eldorado...

@TK572 i got a question. i found a 77 30000 orig. miles. perfect shape. runs and looks like new. i came here from germany, living in florida now. its a one owner car and the guy died. his son is asking for 5900 bucks. i love these cars.

how about parts for the car.? would you suggest this car? i neeed a daily driving car that i can trust!

how much hp and how about dasmileage? do u still have yours? any problems? thanks for answering.
