Fear mongers are people who deliberately attack weak defenseless people who are pushed into a corner of debts by their government. And the fear mongers use tactics to make them angry about what has been done to them.

Like the riots in Greece in december 2008. They weren't led to arms by Alex Jones or sth, they were cornered long enough and stripped of their money, freedom and rights. Cornered dogs tend to bite hard.
