Thank you! I was totally stuck. Usually there are a few in-game hints as to what to do next but your logs are gone, nobody talks to you, and everything's blurry. Thanks for the help!

@TheAnimeAddict24 not sure why would that happen, though you could try reinstalling the game (remember to backup your saves. if you are using windows its by default: my documents -> my games -> skyrim)

@Zombi3Hamst3r vaerminas torpor, as far as i remember, its on a bookcase in a room with enchanting table in it. I might add a video on how to get there as soon as im back at my place :)
