@RayCast5858 there's several places you could place an amp, most people are putting them on the rear seat, we prefer to put them under the rear package tray.

No. Tying into the factory audio outputs for an amplifier won't void the warranty. We highly suggest taking it to a professional though since wiring things wrong on any product could void warranties
