@seedless95 what he likely meant was replacing the heads after "finishing" a song. Performing live you'd only play each song once through, whereas playing/recording a song in a studio could take many different takes to get it right.

@Level80irl rebound would be a problem...and I disagree, I like raw snare. of course, my subjective opinion is that you get true dynamics without triggering the snare.

@amusingisthedawn for optimal sound, there is honestly nothing wrong if he kept usin it other than slight sound change ( electronic trigger snare ftw imo )
