Forgiveness = doing nothing but pretending you have. Honestly, its nothing but a self serving concept. I see all these reports of people "forgiving" criminals who hurt them, but do any of these people want the criminals released from prison with no punishment? lol, never.

We need to see the reason WHY he forgave him:

1:25 "14-year old gangmember was a victim of society"

and the fact that he had no father. so Azim took that responsibility, as a father, to forgive.

4:22 says he "looked into another soul much like me, much like you."

we are all the same. we make mistakes, but we all need to forgive.

but this is so interesting because God always has a bigger plan for people. the guy's son died and then he started his own foundationg. wow! forgiving someone is overcoming your own demon but so hard to do. :)
