this isn't the anti-christ....it's Christs' covenant he confirmed while he preached from the time he was baptized to the time he was crucified which he was 30-37 yrs old...26 ad to 33...37 yrs later the temple was destroyed in 70 ad...30(3)(7)=777.....may God forgive the false prophets and teachers I don't know

@johnankerberg now I agree with you but my thing is if this is true, wouldn't we know the year Jesus is coming back if we can figure out when it starts by the abomination of desolation. or is the tribulation cut short? God Bless :)

@johnankerberg First let me comment that Matt.24:15 does not mention anything about a 3 1/2 year period or about any antichrist or a covenant. Why do you create stories that are not spoken about in the N.T.?

Read Romans 15:8...who confirmed the covenant? Jesus`earthly ministry 3.5 years...after Christ`s ressurection, the apostles continued to go to the Jews only....When the Jews stoned Stephen that is when the 70th week of Daniel ended...(34ad) Jesus gave the Jewish nation a 40 year period just like the Children of Israel in the wilderness

Can anyone show me in the NT where this so called 7 year treaty is confirmed? Why is it that these people use part of a verse in the OT and bet the farm on that piece of a verse when nowhere else is such a thing mentioned in the Bible. Would you bet on a one legged horse? I find nowhere in the NT where a 7 year anything is written about. Very weak

@NHBChristianTalk - In Matt. 24:15, Jesus is warning the Jews to flee because this will be after 3 1/2 yrs, when the Antichrist breaks his covenant with them. Throughout Rev. we see the terms 42 months & 1260 days, which according to the Jewish calendar is 3 1/2 yrs. The tribulation is broken up into two 3 1/2 yr. periods of time. - J A Show Staff
