this is no easter egg you use the mask to place all them dragon summers masks, after all of that you get a prize for doing it all, if you see in the windows there are chests, in there is a mask what combines them all i think

This is not an official side quest. To be honest this is a huge hunt. Quite difficult depending on the character you are playing. There are a total of 9 dragon priests. 1 of which you found his wooden mask. The other 8 must be found through exploring skyrim. After finding all the masks come back to the wooden mask location, put on the wooden mask, place all 8 masks on the statues, a special event will occur and a final 9th mask will appear. Take of masks. Quest Complete.

You dont lose the other masks you can just take them off after you get the new one

you can place all the other masks on the bust's to get another mask (but you will lose the other masks!) it has horker theeth :D

Need all eight put them in unlocks center dragon cool mask w/ horns... Can take all masks after placing them in! Stats for the mask are when health low recharge while hurting nearby enemys!

Can dragon priest masks disappear after you sell them to people or are they like claws which stay there forever?
