@jesmmifs - Those are definitely daphnias. And you may be right too because daphnia sold in fish shops always comes with some mosquito larvae. This is because the farm-water where they are cultivated in, usually has no fish inside as fishes would eat up all the daphnia. Thus, mosquito larvaes thrive in those waters.

I don't think those are daphnia. They look more like mosquito pupae.

Some green powder supplement is available at the supermarket. It contains a variety of "plant" powders. I don't remember the brand but it said something about no additives. It has been a while.
