Hey buddy I am starting the same day as you and i weigh about the same im 203 im looking forward to seeing your videos as i dont really have a strong support system here and no one else wants to do this with me. Its funny after day one i was so exhausted at the end of chest and back I couldnt do a single diamond push up even after a break. So I worked out completely and after thinking that was the hardest work out ever Day 2 Plyo was even tougher.

yes it is. I think Beachbody is the main distributor of the p90x dvd's It's pricey though. If you aren't going to commit I wouldn't recommend getting them.

So I've heard a lot about this p90x thing, what is it exactly? I mean I know it's exercise but are they on DVD's or something?
