All Prophets are from the tribe of Levi, not of Arabs nor Samaritans. Submission to God is not the specific term to qualify as a prophet but it is rather based on the oath of God that the prophets are chosen from the Levites.
The alleged contradictions in the scriptures is not a licence nor a permit for Jehovah God to change his mind. As His Law is based on an oath made by Jehovah God Himself and it cannot be revoked by man nor by God Himself.
Psa 110:4 Jehovah has sworn, and will not repent, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.
Heb 7:20 And inasmuch as He was not made priest without an oath
Heb 7:21 for those priests were made without an oath, but this one was made with an oath by Him who said to Him, "The Lord swore and will not repent, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek,"
Heb 7:22 by so much was Jesus made a surety of a better covenant.
Heb 7:23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not allowed to continue because of death;
Heb 7:24 but He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood.
It refutes Muslims who claimed that Moses and Jesus were speaking of the coming Arab Prophet. But Moses the Levite was talking about his brother Aaron's descendants the Levites. Lord Jesus the Levite claimed that Moses spoke of Him but Muhammad did not specifically say that Moses spoke of him.
Lord Jesus spoke of "another comforter" whom He sent from His Father In His Name. Again Lord Jesus said "For Salvation is of the JEWS" John 4:22 which meant the Saviour came from the tribe of Judah known as the JEWS.
In addition the Spirit of Truth will baptize the Levite Prophets as Lord Jesus Messiah will fulfill the everlasting statute of God made to Aaron and his sons that they were given the priest's office for perpetuity (Deu 18:5).
Barnabas the Levite has fulfilled the prophecy of Lord Jesus the Levite. Hence Muslims are merely making baseless claim that Lord Jesus was speaking of an Arab prophet.
As it is proven by the Holy Scripture that Satan knew the Law or Words of YHVH God, the scientific evidence in any Books is not a conclusive proof of divine revelation. However the fulfilment of prophecies in the Scriptures shall be a reasonable proof of divine revelation.
For instance the Spirit of YHVH God spoke through Moses, saying,
Deu 18:15 Jehovah your God will raise up to you a Prophet from the midst of you, of your brothers, One like me. To Him you shall listen
Deu 18:17 And Jehovah said to me, They have spoken well what they have spoken.
Deu 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brothers, one like you, and will put My words in His mouth. And He shall speak to them all that I shall command Him.
Now Lord Jesus Messiah said "For Salvation is of the Jews" John 4:22 which means He was emphasizing the promise of His Father YHVH made to Moses in Deut 18:18 that He would raised up a Prophet like unto him from your brothers (Levites) as Moses and Aaron were the Levites.
Aaron was older than Moses by 3 years (Exo 7:7) and it was Aaron and his descendants who were from the tribe of Levi, holding the priest's and prophet's office forever (Exo 29:9 Deu 18:1-5)
Lev 8:12 And he (Moses) poured of the anointing oil on Aaron's head and anointed him, to sanctify him.
Lord Jesus Messiah came through Mary daughters of Aaron the Levite. Mary has a cousin Elizabeth who gave birth to John the Baptist. Both Lord Jesus and John the Baptist are the Levites.
Lord Jesus claimed that Moses the Levite wrote of Him and that settled the prophecy in Deut 18:18 that Lord Jesus was the Prophet spoken of Jehovah God through Moses.
John 5:46 For if you had believed Moses, you would have believed Me, for he wrote of Me.
All Prophets are Levites from the tribe of Levi.
Act 4:36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus
Prophet Barnabas and Prophet Paul are chosen for the Gentiles and Israelites.
Act 13:1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
Act 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
Act 13:47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
