holy fuck it is easy eat all the veggies you wanteat all the meat you want the cheese and dairy if you can process it cut out grains as a stable in your diet and simple sugar as well and i know imnot a grain nazi i eat cake on my birthday but who's favourite meal is a plain peace of bread or oatmeal with no sugar no dairy no butter eat nuts eat a good dark chocolate if you like it eat cocoa eat a bit of fruit daily and stop fussing over it and you'll be perfectly fine ive been doing it for years
