The Horsemen
2009 Rhode Island ANG Open House & Airshow
Quonset State Airport
North Kingstown, Rhode Island
Saturday June 27, 2009
IN THIS VIDEO, Jim Beasley Jr. and Ed Shipley fly a two-ship Horsemen demonstration, flying Bald Eagle and Double Trouble II, respectively. Wingman Dan Friedkin was unable to fly as he had prior engagements for that show weekend. Nevertheless, enjoy this demonstration, which was narrated by Len "LONI" Anderson - a former Blue Angel. Watch more of the Horsemen at ASB.TV and even enter a contest (open to US residents 18 and over) to win a flight in a P-51 Mustang!
If you are interested in purchasing DVDs of specific aircraft and/or of airshows, interested in anything and everything related to airshows (where the jet teams will show up, all airshow performers, airshow reports from airshows I have attended, previews of airshows I will be attending, etc.), a much more easier to navigate "version" of all of my videos, and/or everything there is related to aviation - including spotting guides to my favorite airports and military bases and aircraft factfiles, please take the time to check out Steve's Airshow World at http://www.stevesairshow.com .

LOL! they used "Run Free" from Spirit? wow never knew, that's an awesome and fitting song for them...especially since it came from a movie About a Mustang XD just of the non-metal variety....now I just want to see a warbird fly to "Test Drive" from How to Train Your Dragon and I'm good! :D
