@dionisosb historians(ancient ones) say that macedonians were and are greek....herodotus,isokrates,p­lutarch and so on.Herodotus says that alexander I(who was subdued by the persians and was alexanders)left his camp on the battle of thermopulae and warnned his fellow greeks(thats what HE said) that they were surrounded in order that they retreated and fought to free greece...also the macedonian kingdon took part in the peloponesian war and in the early olympic games!
