Paul Simon acknowledged Phil in his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction speech, no doubt in part due to Phil's work in Africa.

I'd love to hear the original demo he cut with Micky Dolenz. There are differing stories about whether Phil or Dolenz sang lead, but it would be interesting to hear either way.

This is awesome. I love the expression in the picture. Ochs is like "What the fuck am I doing, singing a roller derby song????" Shame they rejected this song....it's so much better than the movie it was written for.
