  • I have to ask, how did you get a job with perfume? It seems near impossible, but it's the only thing I'm really interested in lol :)

  • @Mandooey I made my own job by creating my YouTube channel.

  • If you have so many it must take a loooong time to go through them all. Don't they spoil if you have them for so long?

  • @renaissancegirl87 I have too many to properly enjoy! It's an occupational hazard of being a perfume writer. At this stage, many of them are there more for reference than even occasional wear. To answer your question, perfumes will keep for years if you store them away from sun and heat, but they do start to lose their punch a bit after several years. It's best to have a smaller collection and to really use them up.

  • How do you store all of your fragrances? I have a lot too including 1 ounce bottles too.

  • @foxforcegirl All my perfumes are in a cupboard in the coolest part of my home - the front hallway. I've got about 5 of my high rotation faves in a cupboard in my bathroom - kind of a no-no, since bathroom temps can heat up and that's not great for fragrances. The key is to store your bottles away from heat and sunlight.

  • @imfxxxnmagicdude Thank you so much! You're absolutely correct: normally, smelling 70 perfumes in a row would be ridiculous - when I'm out shopping for new ones, I usually stop at 10. But in this case, I'm smelling through my own collection, and I know these scents by heart. So just a quick sniff reminds me of the whole experience of the perfume.

In a perfume store, try things on strips 1st, then only spray 4 favorites on your arms & wrists to see how they behave on your skin

  • Okay I'm back for more videos after I've subscribed last night, lacking sleep. I really loved your videos instantly and the way you review these fumes just come so naturally. Also, it's amazing how you can smell these fumes one after the other without having to desensitize your nose or something. When I try doing that when picking up a perfume in a store I just become indecisive and stuff... just.. idk. :D

  • @leanneparas So glad you're enjoying my fume-geek frenzy!

  • Boy do you know alot about fragrance! loooove these videos and from such a preety and elegant lady... love watching you and hoping to learn more xx
