@LordStraightBanana aggreed... I tried the less painful way (more often than not) with sleeping pill o.d and muscle relaxents unfortunately I was found before they could really take me under.... I aggree on the bridge jumpers though.... You are lucky to die straight away... it would turn no doubt snap your neck rendering you a sinking stone with broken bones crushed organs and basically heading 30 metres down drowning... Plus the 4-5 second fall.... this is sad.

@TheMysteryofRichy You say falling off a bridge is easy, and hint that you've attempted suicide. I assume that for some reason you opted for a more difficult, less effective method. Falling off a bridge isn't any more easy or difficult than say, pulling the trigger of a shotgun, or stepping out in front of a train. Whether it is easy or not depends entirely upon the intensity of your desire to do it. Putting a barrier up on the bridge will simply move it elsewhere.
-
@LordStraightBanana exactly you've never been in that mindset. those of us who have and who have attempted such acts know that a safety barrier on this bridge would help alot. there is a huge difference between simply falling off a bridge than a violent method. lots of people including myself could never pull of using a knife or anything of that nature but falling off a bridge is easy

@TheMysteryofRichy Do you think the bridge is responsible for suicides? Following your safety net logic to its conclusion, we should restrict access to every high location, every sharp object, every drug, car or other harmful object, place or situation. People choose to end their lives of a variety of complex reasons that I hope I'm blessed enough to never have to understand first hand, and after going through all that anguished thought, a safety net isn't going to be the deciding factor.

@70sGrOOVeTuBE Hi, I read your heartfelt post and was wondering what was troubling him to cause him to jump? In previous videos he was not named. I am sorry for your loss; he looked young and healthy.
This bridge needs a Safety net No amount of money or view is worth thousands of lifes

@TheMysteryofRichy Yay. I think it will safe some lifes, but I also think that the people would just find another place to jump, if there was a Safety net. But yay. A net should be there.
