recycling polystyrene foam

this process shows the foam being placed into the custom built equipment that mulches the foam, conveys it to the machine that tumbles it and the resulting 'Polycorn' (tm). The fines are captured in the densifying machine that compresses the small pieces for later shipping to facilities that then melt and re-pelletize or re-bead the foam for re-use in new materials.
