Shortly after leveling at FL390, a complex series of events began with a momentary display of a MAU2A FAIL message on the CAS panel and blinking of numerous data displays on the RH Display unit.
Note "FMS 2 Not Available" on Sensor Page.

  • Yes - we returned to the departure airport.

    Cause was revealed to be a faulty Network Interface Controller.Processor (NIC). The part was replaced and the event has not reoccurred.

  • The EASy avionics is the worst I've ever seen...If something appears, just enought try to recycle the system and at 99% of cases the distress ends...

    Too much unuseful informations for the crew and it's seems like to fly an aircraft with a computer.

    Bah.

  • so u guys probaly landed quckly after these messsages right? already know what the causes were?
