It is difficult when you are forced to represent your self I was provided a lawyer in provincial court and from supreem court to court of appeal
I was denied a lawyer becuase my case
legal aid said had no merit, I enourge parents keep fighting no matter how diffiult it is dont give up! I got my case heard at court of appeal and stood up to three juges I had to file everything and even if it was dismissed I will keep fighting until there is justice!

Why is the Court allowing this case to drag on like this? Do not trust "childrens services" if they think they are in the right they will manipulate the system. The courts always side with childrens services and the sad fact is that you will have to prove yourself innocent. I had my daughter taken from me for almost a year, mostly due to the fact that CAS dragged their feet. I was going to court almost once a month just to have CAS say they needed more time. It costs alot of money to fight.

I was just wondering: How many lawyers, judges, magistrates, cops, or even CPS workers, have had THEIR children confiscated by the State? The parents are obviously "guilty until proven innocent" in these State sanctioned kidnapping scandals. The act of judges always siding with CPS smacks of totalitarianism, and has no place in a so-called Free Society.
