It's a long path from 1-99 hunter, and this video depicts how it was for me, and what I did along the way. It took me about 2-3 months to get to 99, but that was because of me getting distracted for a month after level 90.

well it actually took me 5 months (November-March) to get from 1-99, but only about half of that time was spent hunting, so it was 2-3 months of work, at a few hours a day at average

I started hunting as soon as I got my membership... XD I got from level 1 to 59 in ONE DAY!! Using the stickpad on my laptop!! But I had to cancel my membership, I couldn't keep up with RS due to all my work. :(
