Let's Play Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem part 1

I'm doing this one to take a break from Metroid Prime.
Eternal Darkness, as a game, technically falls into the survival horror genre, but it has a flavor all its own, with elements of action, RPG, and adventure games. It was developed by Silicon Knights, the developers of Too Human and who also did work on Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.
Eternal Darkness was originally developed as a Nintendo 64 game, but the project was slowed numerous times, and by the time it was near completion, the GameCube was about to be released. So, they slapped on a couple graphical upgrades(not huge ones, mind you), and it was released in June of 2002 for the GameCube.
Overall, it's one of the most interesting and (despite obvious basis on H.P. Lovecraft's works) original games out there. And you, the audience, get to watch me play it. AWESOME.

Sweet, I just picked this up today, I played this game before when I was a kid but never beat it. Great game, one of a kind. There needs to be more games like this. Good luck on your LP.

I first played it when my brother bought it when it first came out.

lol I remember the first time I played this I was like.. 7.

And the library scared me every time till I was 9. And then it was the centaur-an that scared me so I stopped till I was 11. And then I got to the muslim dude and I kept dying. Now the game's gone and I wish I could've just played instead of wimping out.

coolio, this game seems really interesting. i first heard about this game from a friend it sounded cool so i looked it up and i found this LP. i really like it so far, wish it was recorded differrently but i understand ^^ keep up the awsomeness~
