I play clarinet and various saxes. It's no clarinet! You would never find a mouthpiece like that on a clarinet! And it's gold plated...clarinets are always always black!

The instrument is a sax it's not a clarinet! A soprano sax to be exact.

The song is very smooth. The instrument is clarinet, no sax. The sound enginner is responsable for this. Because this is a LIVE record, we can judge him. The rest of Michael Franks crew´s ... marvelous, as always. Sorry for my english. : )
