That my friend is the question hawk fans asked for years. Maybe he figured we wouldn't leave. They did everything they could do to make a quick buck, and it bit them in the butt.
But they didn't, the management (the blackhawks) chased them away. Now the blackhawk organization decided to actually go back after their fans. Look the whole bandwagon fan thing just doesn't make sense in so many ways, because again, the fans came back before anyone knew the team was as good as they were.
Better yet, why would they come back before the hawks were great the team wasn't expected to even make the playoffs, yet from the start of the season they started selling out. Why. Funny how that is. Normally fans who only come because the team is good will come when they see the team is doing good, normally around midseason, this wasn't the case for the hawk fans, they started coming before anyone realized the hawks had a great team.
Um, they sold out the Chicago wolves games and they were doing worse than the hawks. Explain that one then. Why would they not go to a hawks game (which at the time had cheaper tickets) and go to an AHL team thats not even good.
Watching Leighton's goals he allowed in this series reminds me of Snow.

@Kartkid024 WHy would management chase fans away? If it weren't for fans the teams would not make money.

@Kartkid024 If they loved the Blackhawks, though, they would go to Blackhawks games.

I thought I already explained that in my first comment. It was the management. They love their hockey so they went to the Wolves games.

@Kartkid024 Better yet, explain to me why they were interested in the Wolves over the Hawks.
