So It's the same move just practiced over and over...

I put pics and a nice classical piece to it so it's not totally boring

This is the first time doing the move!

  • hi :)

    your amazing!

..just wondering where did you get the apparatus from and how do you train for it?

  • Boring!!!!!!

  • can i put my penis in youre asshole

  • @ralucagymnast LOL!!!! thanks for explaining!!!!

you know your stuff! how come?

but there is quite amount of pressure from having to bite hard...but it's easier then what it looks like.

  • No, its not dangerous as long as you have learned the proper technique and have the requisite strength and balance. The weight is supported on the chin and head; you need to have a good strong head to seat to take the strain. Its not difficult once you know how;) I dont doubt there have been injuries, but a good trainer wouldnt let you even attempt it until they thought you were ready, so accidents are down to poor training techniques.

  • A question: In the Marinelli bend, is the body weight supported by the teeth, the roof of the mouth, or some other part of the mouth?

Also, is it a dangerous position? Have there been injuries related to Marinelli bend?
