Actually Steve and Bruce are really good friends. It's just that usually, the frontman of the band is the founder and primary songwriter. But in Maiden's case the bassist is, so both of them want to look like the leader of the band, that's it. They're great friends offstage.

@sweetmaidens666 No not jealous, just bummed that Harris sold out and invited into the band even though he doesnt personally like him. Bruce is a dick much of the time when he is not on stage. I just say the facts.
