Proud to be an American - 9/11 Tribute

Thank you to all the men and women who serve in our armed forces. Thank you to all the first responders who were there on 9/11 and everyone else. We remember everyone who lost their lives on that horrible day. We lost a peice of our Country that day but it United us together even more.

I still cry every time I think about this day. Literally. I remember the exact spot in which I was standing when I heard news of the first attack. I've always been proud to be an American, and that day, not one person was ashamed to be an American. Innocence was lost, but we were a united people.

Man, this brought tears to my eyes as I realized what really happened on that dreadful day as I watched this. I was only 13 when it happened, so I didn't understand as well, but I do now. God bless America. <3
