Congrats on getting an outdoor hike! Don't have to wait another decade, tho. Start small.....ya know, walk across a smal park...then a football field...and, an important thing: Use a Hiking Stick. Seriously. Keeps your balance when on those long treks to 7-11 ! You can have some fun on hikes, too. Make some crazy vids. I've just started doing that on mine. And, oh yeah....hiking shoes make a huge difference in being worn out! Good luck to ya and don't give up!

That is reckless behavior right there. It's dangerous outside. I mean you are in rattlesnake ridge and there isn't any wi-fi internet access for miles. WTF are you thinkin? You are lucky to have survived this ordeal.
