I agree with you I'm canadian and have been covicted twice most recent today the crown took in to the fact that i'm working full time and my first was years ago i'm 28 by the way. Alcohol was a factor in 39% of fatal crashes. You could also say that 61% of fatal accidents had nothing to do with booze. Do we sentence the bimbo who puts makeup on while driving the same if she causes a fatal accident?
