  • To whoever said loosen up just a hair you are obviously no a cheerleader because you should be as tight as you possibly can so you shouldn't lie about it.

    Cheerleaders are supposed to be tight. I'm not trying to start anything, but that's just a fact. I was a competitive cheerleader for five years, and we were constantly being told to "tighten up".

    Sorry! I know it has been about four weeks and you said you had 15 days, but I'll still give you a tip for the future.

    ~Try to get a front limber. (That's when you hit a handstand then go into a bridge and stand up.)

    A front limber is just a slow front handspring. Once you get that down pat, try it faster. Keep trying it faster and faster and soon you will have your front handspring! And just a safety tip...if you fall, roll out of it. There won't be as much impact.
