It is very scary, I am a Montecito Resident and I am only one block away from evacuation warning. The Fire is growing and going to head towards the ocean and city tonight. Lets hope in all of gods name this fire will stop

Same here - I was just reading an old classmate's email today, she was saying how much she misses SB. I sent her a note saying, maybe this is one part of life out there she can do without. I know I can. It's a terrible shame how this keeps on happening to SB.

How tragic. I lived through so many fires when we lived in Santa Barbara for 28 years.
I remember the Wednesday eve San Antonio Creek Fire where over 350 houses burned. That fire was started up on Camino Cielo and raced down to 101 and hope Ranch in just minutes.
