the compact was waaaaaaaay too dark for you, and it did infact turn out cakey and ugly like you said yourself....you dont know anything about makeup..........

You are diluting the foundation into a tinted moisturizer which provides a bit of color and very little coverage defeating the purpose of using a foundation in the first place. If you prefer the look a tinted moisturizer gives then that is what you should buy, not a foundation. Also, investing in a primer will help with your foundation application. Primers smooth out the skin so the foundation has better slip for a smoother more natural application.

U should try using an actual concealer for under your eyes,u need it.And try to wet your sponge b4 blending,it blends better.

okay so a few things you should put moisturizer on first like she did but mixing them will only dilute the foundation and give you less coverage also a primer should have been used. If you are blending with a sponger you should wet i first so that it doesn't absorb your makeup. The compact thing was a mess, I do not even understand why she did that.
