This clock was built in the 15th century (with the lower half added in the 19th century) and has many ways of telling time: Babylonian, Old Czech Time, astronomical, seasonal, saints for every day of the year, and current time. Every hour, the figures move, the skeleton strikes the bell, saints pass behind the doors, and the crow sings - marking the new hour as a symbol to wake us up for the next hour of our life.
You'll also notice that the sun and moon rotate around the earth, as was the common theory of the times.
