How to Shoot a Basketball (How to play in the Low Post)?

In today's video, Coach Tom explains how to set up in the low post, catch the ball and read the defender. This includes where to set up in the key, body positioning, the release step (to "meet the ball" and get separation), chinning the ball in a Position of Power, and evaluating the defense. hey shotscienece... i'having problems with playing in the post..mainly because the only move i know is the jump hook(and sometimes it ends up being a floater. that's why my friends tell me that i only know one move)..and sometimes i'm inconsistent with it.. so i really need help on improving my post play.. hope you get what i mean :DDD
