With this kit and instructions and soldering iron you will be able to build your own 12V Volt LED (Light emitting diode) array. The kit is shown as a strobe which means it is being advertised as a light only meant to flash on then off again, but you can also plug it into 12Volts and it will get a little warm after a minute. If you want to have the LEDs be cooler, then you will need to put a resistor in series to lower the voltage to 11 Volts. This video shows very well how to solder.
