I loved the ideas. I am lead crafty for the first time. I do my own budget and shops. I have a really decent budget so I feel like I could really get alot of the items. I am having a hard time finding gluten free, vegan and kosher snacks. So far its just Larabar. Where can I find more healthy snacks? like the ones in the video??

JonLF:Thx 4 ur comment & I wanted to respond. My oinion: the beauty of the AKA Craft services program=it's pro bono. U r right, could be hard to get some of these prods &fit into a crafty budget. I get co.'s to send product & my team & I donate our services to bring them to the sets. I see it's about CHOICE - the opportunity 2 B able to choose something free of chemicals or to have a quality protein source that makes a real difference. Im excited by the feedback I get, that crews appreciate it

so far I have found this series of videos useless.

I work craft services regularly and only 1/4 to 1/3 of your cast/crew/extras eat this. Plus the stuff she shows will not provide food and drink for 16-18 hrs @ $3-$5pp. these are real budgets that crafty's must face daily! and the types of food drink wanted is as wide a veriety as the people that you are serving, not everyone wants this food choice yes you get some of this as one of your many options. the key to a good craft service is veriety.

nice to know you're out there. hope your business prospers. free, pro bono, and product placement are a valuable tools, and great when you can get it as another method of stretching the budget while adding more veriety.
