I had the pleasure of meeting Long John and what a gentleman. The pleaure he gave me during my young years made a deep impressiobn on me.that lasted till his sad death. I was priveledge to sit with him and tell him what joy he had given me over the years.

The arrangement and gritty tone of LJB'S singing sounds like it would sit well on an early John Hiatt album... Great stuff all round!
