Ressetti Gives it to you in the town, lol
go to town just at 8PM in the night or just after, then go to the tunnel where the red cones are, if they are pushed aside so you can get in there, go in there then talk to resseti lol

I don't understand what people mean by it takes them hours to get it...hours of asking Resetti? I know you have to see if the cone in the city is moved so you can enter his surveillence center and that can take awhile, meaning checking it night after night. But what do people mean by taking a long time to get it? Does Resetti not always give it to people when they walk in his center? Because when I talked to him, he gave it to me by the end of the conversation.

If you hit a money rock with it, there's a small (10% I believe) chance to double the money that pops out. Thus, if you are lucky, you can earn 12,100 instead of 8,100 bells.

theres a golden shovel its a lots easier to get. You just buy two shovels and then bury one and then wait till the next day or you can time jump and dig it up and its golden.
